"The highlight of this stay was the wonderful way that the staff addressed a concern. We were in an adjoining room and the family next door was very loud. They let their baby cry all night long and it was extremely disruptive. When we expressed a concern to the staff, they moved us immediately to a new room. They were very accommodating and we appreciated it. The property is on a beautiful mountainside, well appointed and very comfortable. "
