Ho soggiornato in questa struttura per 2 notti e devo dire che nel complesso ci siamo trovati discretamente bene. Il personale molto cortese e disponibile, uniche pecche riscontrate la stanza un po’ piccola, il bagno con la tenda sulla doccia e l’ascensore che non funzionava correttamente, per il resto dei servizi nessun problema e anche la colazione abbondante.

Abbiamo soggiornato in occasione del Lucca Comics, struttura pulita , personale cordiale e disponibile. Buona posizione vicino all'area pedonale con diversi negozi e ristoranti. Colazione a buffet al mattino con scelta tra dolce e salato. Stanza pulita e confortevole.
