A pool house with bar and appliances (plancha, fridge), and a beautiful lounge area ideal for watching the sunset at the time of the aperitif!

The house consists of a beautiful entrance, living room, dining room, office overlooking the pool by beautiful windows.
A very well equipped kitchen, dishwasher, fridge, wine cellar, hob, hood, coffee machine, kettle, laundry with washing machine and dryer
In the sleeping area, the house has 5 bedrooms (with wardrobes), 3 bathrooms and toilet, and a magnificent master suite with a bathroom with whirlpool, shower, toilet, dressing.
