"Highly recommended. The hotel was a block from the escalator flight that comes up from the train station, so no taxi required to transfer. Hotel staff was terrific and the room nicely appointed. I was about a 20-minute walk to the Duomo, almost all of it through the historic medieval city so a beautiful journey."

"The property is very quiet and great for a relaxing experience to rest. The staff is very helpful , especially with organizing transportation as the hotel is not in the centre of Siena and it is sometimes difficult to find a local taxi. The breakfast buffet had one of the best varieties I’ve seen during my trip where I stayed at 5 different hotels over 2 weeks. My only criticism is that the key ring for the room key is very big and heavy and not easy to carry around. I would suggest investing in smaller/ lighter ones"
