"The room was very comfortable and homey, with many thoughtful touches, from the umbrella and yoga mat in the closet to the guest laundry. It was about a 10-15-minute walk from a lot of downtown cultural sites, and there were some nice restaurants nearby, including the hotel restaurant. Both the breakfast buffet and room service were delicious, but there was also a useful kitchenette in the room. In addition, all of the staff were very friendly and helpful. I don't know if my travels will bring me back to Christchurch in the future, but if so I will definitely stay here again. It was my favorite hotel from my trip. "
