We did have a balcony unfortunately they are going through construction so when we sat outside was a bit noisy and not the nicest view but otherwise was nice to look at the water and mountains. Tea available when coming in from the day. Morning they had juices and croissants available as you were heading out. Nice lobby with great views. Buffet breakfast was delicious with lots of variety. Again beautiful views from the restaurant. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Did find room very dry. But otherwise very comfortable. No gym at the hotel."
