"The 2 bedroom suite we booked was massive and very comfortable, we were in the back building so our lake views were impeded quite a bit. The location is fantastic, queenstown was just a lot busier than we wanted. The suites kitchen is modern but the carpets and couch could use a refresh and our balcony seem to be pooling water on the floor. "

"Decent location and lobby is OK. This hotel fails to disclose some rooms must be accessed by elevator then climbing stairs! We rejected the first dark room ( stairs) then were given another dark room with Very dated dark decor, missing armchair( had a cocktail table only), no soap at sink. Staff seemed not to care. "
