Parking was right in front of our place with a bar on the ground to ensure no one else took our stall. The only issue we had was with the water temperature in the shower. It was either super cold or burning hot. We loved our stay here and would stay again. "

From my first afternoon nap after checking in, I started experiencing bites in different locations on my skin, including my ankles and arms, and it worsened over time. I took pictures at different times and on different days. It's clear that the redness and swelling at the bite sites increased, and the affected area expanded. I strongly suggest that your company, as a third party, negotiate with the hotel to clean the relevant parts of the room and agree to a full refund for our very unpleasant stay. The hotel's various excuses and justifications should not be used to harm the interests of your loyal customers, especially the protection of minors and women. It's worth noting that this wasn't mentioned before, but if possible, I also suggest that the hotel management repair the hot and cold water system in the shower room, because the water from the showerhead broken."

"GREAT LOCATION, easy walk to Queenstown CBD taking in the scenic view along the way. LARGE SUITE ROOM with a bath as a bonus for the tired muscle from hiking. Our view didn't have a lake view, but the mountains and paraflying definitely made up for it. The huge bed was comfortable. And the clean room was supplied with cutlery and crockery for self-contained meals, if needed. There is a laundry for guest use a fully equipped gym. As well as a spa. The staff were very friendly and helpful. 10/10 stay. Will definitely be back"
