"We had a wonderful stay in Jacks Point. The accommodation was extremely spacious, comfortable, and very well stocked with everything we could have needed during our stay. Perfect for a family. The views were beautiful, and the location was wonderfully quiet and peaceful while still being just a short drive from Queenstown.Its walking distance from a nearby park and Hanley’s Farm Café, which was very convenient. Communication was quick and efficient with the host though there weren't any problems with the property itself. The house is tucked away near the end of a street with a couple other properties under construction surrounding but no issues with noise or any other disturbance during our stay."

"Great location, a ferry runs to Queenstown every hour which is cheaper than an uber, several food options within the resort area which is convenient. The breakfast buffet was great value, wide range of options - highly recommend. During winter they included complimentary hot chocolate in the lobby. Lots of nice walking nearby and places to sit and relax, nice fireplace area outdoors near the main restaurant. Parking was mildly annoying, don’t use the underground carpark if you have a medium or big car as it is pretty tight to navigate. Just use the above ground / open gravel area to park and that’s also closer walking distance to the hotel entrance. If you arrive late you might struggle to find a parking spot, none are reserved. Pay by QR code for parking is easy, don’t have to pay for a full day either (first 3 hours free). Was fine after working that out. There was some miscommunication with some staff around buffet prices, but it got resolved promptly and they took care of everything. Do not use the service in the lobby for pre booking tours, as being a third party that makes it difficult to make changes or cancellations if you have to change plans due to weather etc. Not worth 5% discount for that hassle, plus they charge huge card fee so the savings aren’t worth it."

"We had a fantastic stay at this property! The home was exceptionally clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The highlight has to be the wonderful views of the Remarkables —waking up to that scenery was a treat, especially with such easy access to the nearby tramping trails. The kitchen is well-equipped for most needs, though a few extra utensils would be a helpful addition for those who enjoy cooking full meals. It’s worth noting that the building is shared with another unit, so just be sure to double-check the entry and parking spots upon arrival to make sure you're in the right place. A slightly more detailed description of the layout would make the check-in process even smoother. Overall, a beautiful spot that we would certainly recommend for any outdoor enthusiast!"
