Nestled in a perfect location just off the Parkway, this 3 BR condo offers a comfortable living space with a cozy electric fireplace and 55 inch Smart TV. The master suite features french doors that lead to a patio area where you can unwind and enjoy the view. Enjoy your morning coffee using the Keurig Duo or grill up some lunch at one of the picnic areas near two pools, kiddie pool and playground equipment.

Beautiful first floor Luxury condo, great view, close to everything

This ground floor 3 BR condo is in a perfect location just off the Parkway and very close to the main attractions in Pigeon Forge. It is fully equipped for your family's stay, including:

a full kitchen with a good selection of cooking utensils, pots and pans, etc for those days you want to make a good home cooked meal and a nice dining area with full sized table and a bar area with 3 stools. It also has a Keurig Duo which offers both a pod and coffee filter & grounds option.

A full sized front load washer and dryer so you can take care of any laundry

A comfortable living room with a 55 inch Smart TV so you can catch up on your favorite shows or relax as you look out over the mountains, comfortable recliners and a very cozy electric fireplace.

A nice patio area where you can watch the wildlife scamper by or enjoy the view.

The master suite is very nice and large. The beds are quite comfortable so you can rest well. There is a patio area outside the french doors of the master bedroom.

The second bedroom also has a comfortable king size bed and a 50 inch smart TV.

The third bedroom features a queen size bed and a 32 inch Smart TV.

While on vacation you spend approximately 50% of your time (which includes sleep time) at the place you are lodging. Why stay in a cramped uncomfortable space? Our condo is very spacious and comfortable and in a convenient location. No driving up and down steep winding mountain roads. It is so close to everything but yet seems secluded and quiet.

The enclosed pool is OPEN year round, Spa/Hot Tub is open year round and a large outdoor Heated pool is open May thru November. There are 2 pools and a kiddie pool. New playground equipment has been added for the kids. There are grills and picnic tables located in this area along with horseshoe pits, a volleyball net, a half court basketball court and a shuffleboard and a nice walking area.

The Hatfield and McCoy Dinner Show, the Wonderworks Science museum, Hollywood Wax Museum, The Island, Dolly's Lumberjack Fued, The Ripken Baseball Complex, and the Titanic are within 1 mile or less of the unit. Kroger, Publix, Walmart, Old Time Pottery and the Tanger Outlet Center are less than a mile away. Dollywood and Splash Country are only minutes away. There are numerous restaurants such as Harpoon Harry's, Paula Deen's Family Kitchen, Margaritaville, Joe's Crab Shack, Olive Garden, TGI Friday's, Red Lobster, Calhoun's, Feasters on Teasters and No Way Jose just to mention a few within a 1 mile radius. Several within walking distance such as (my favorite)The Local Goat, Cracker Barrel, and Dunkin Donuts.

We always stay at the Mountain View condos when we visit the area but this was by far our favorite condo we’ve stayed in! The property was super clean and the space was perfect for our group. I would definitely stay here again!

The place was one of the best places we have stayed and we have stayed in a lot of places in Pigeon Forge. It was very clean the furniture was very comfortable and the location was great with great views. I would definitely recommend and will definitely be back.

4th of July Getaway

This was a beautiful clean well maintained condo. Scott was awesome to deal with. The resort itself could use some minor updates and maintenance especially at the pool. Overall would stay again!

The condo was so nice. The layout was very efficient, and the location is right in the middle of everything. Even with the central location, it was peaceful and relaxing. The pool was nice, but it and the other recreation facilities were a bit more that walking distance.

Perfect Stay in the Heart of Pigeon Forge – Clean, Cozy, and Unbeatable Location!

This condo in Pigeon Forge was absolutely perfect! Spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the comforts of home. The location couldn’t have been better — it was right in the heart of all the action! We were just minutes away from Dollywood, great restaurants, and plenty of outdoor adventures. It was so convenient to explore the area and still come back to a peaceful, relaxing space. The cozy decor and atmosphere made it feel like a true getaway. Without a doubt, we will be staying here again on our next trip! Highly recommend!

2023 Vacation

Scott was an excellent host. Check in was a breeze, the condo was super clean. The unit is located in a central location, only minor draw back was leaving complex it is very hard to make left turn because of traffic, turning right is best option. I would definitely stay here again.

Easy to find and very easy to check in and out. Very easy to communicate and no problems while there. Loved the layout and views from this close to town condo! Sitting outside at night the lights were beautiful and felt like we were in the woods in town. This condo is on the end & felt very private. Didn’t hear anyone or anything going on outside. Furniture was very comfortable, we loved the recliners and great TV. With 3 teens it was easy sleeping for everyone. We will return!

Mountain View Retreat

We enjoyed this property. The place itself was clean and homey. We enjoyed all the touches of wilderness in the decor. The view was great of the mountainside. The pool and amenities around the property were a great bonus.

A Mountain-Top Experience!

Scott puts much thought and heart into the welcoming condo's decorations and amenities. The first floor was so helpful for my mom, who is challenged by stairs; yet, the elevated setting afforded us a glorious sight over the town and a great view of the Smoky Mountains as if we were staying on a higher level. Don't miss the sunset from this spectacular setting. Scott made sure we had everything we needed. This location is perfectly in the middle of everything! He is a great host, and we were so appreciative of how easy the check-in was, the luxurious bedding, and the ample seating for the four of us to relax and kick back from all our sight seeing. There are no regrets about our choice to stay at this lovely condo. Thank you, Scott, for all the design elements that made our visit much more special as our family celebrated.
