Great Location!!

Our family had a great time while visiting the area, the home is lovely and was just the right size for our group. The location is perfect, just right off of the main strip and minutes from food, shopping and Dollywood! I would definitely recommend this rental and hope to return with my family again in the future.

This property is exactly as described. Comfy beds and lots of space! The location is perfect for getting to Dollywood and all over the area! Highly recommend!!

Just a six minute drive to the Leconte Convention Center and the Island. Nice house quiet neighborhood and if you know anything about Pigeon Forge, this house offers level parking area 😂 would definitely recommend this house

Pigeon Forge Baseball Tournament - Vacation

This property was perfect for us. We came primarily for our grandson's participation in a baseball tournament at the Ripken Experience. The location couldn't have been better for us. As well as the tournament, we did touristy things. At the house enjoyed the deck and backyard!! We watched the birds and the ground hogs. At night we enjoyed the fireflies and bats. Great location, great accomodations made for a wonderful visit.

Great Location/Quiet and Relaxing

The home is in a great location, good neighborhood for relaxing. Needs some attention to interior, carpet stains look like previous pet stains, walls need painting. Water pressure is terrible. Outside rails are very loose and need to be repaired. They wabble. Flower bed has lots of poison ivy or poison oak. We did enjoy the stay regardless of all this but would like to see improvements.

The house it’s self was great, the hot water was not, there was 5 ladies and after 3 showers the last two ladies had a cold shower both days. Also the door keypad wasn’t real easy we got locked out at 11 pm at night and had to call vrbo before ever getting someone to call to let us in this was the first night we stayed. Might want to invest in a new water heater or turn it up. The king bed was comfortable.

House was very easy to find. It was very clean and VERY convient to everything. The only problem was that the large bathroom with the jet tub was unusable. Most of us are older and we were not able to get in that tub/shower.. The shower head was so high, no one could reach it or adjust it. So actually no One used that tub or shower. Other than that, everything was fine! I would suggest replacing that tub with a walk in shower. Adding some bars would also help.

We enjoyed our stay and have stayed here before. There are a few things that need to be worked on but loved our stay. I thought the one broken recliner had been replaced but it hasn't. Will still stay again when back in Pigeon Forge.
