Liked: Staff & service, room comfort
Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
Toilet had little pressure. Had to flush 3-4 at times to get all ( for what was not much) to go down. Expected towels to be picked up every day, but they were not picked up until we left. The staff was very friendly and did fix complaints we had. Just did not discuss toilet with them though.
I first got to my room and could get in and was told by the front desk staff to jiggle the handle! Seriously! I went to leave for dinner and there was NO handle on the inside of the door to get out! I had to have the front desk staff to come to the third floor and retrieve me from my room! Switched rooms! The next morning while having breakfast I witnessed a yelling match between the housekeeping staff and the front desk attendant! The front desk attendant went over to the breakfast bar and blew her nose on a paper towel right over the food! The air conditioning unit did not work properly in my room and the shower was slow to drain in the room! I had stayed at this location two years previous, but definitely not the same experience!
When I arrived at the hotel I noticed spiders in the curtain and roaches were crawling on the ceiling. I called the front desk to report this and the lady I spoke with acted like it was a normal thing. I asked for a different room that was insect free and was moved. Our room was only cleaned one time out of three days. We had three people in the room and was only given three towels and three wash clothes. No face towels. I had to ask for the room to be cleaned and for more towels. I would not recommend this hotel period! The employees I suppose lived at the hotel and they were unprofessional.
This was a terrible hotel. The staff was rude and unhelpful. The rooms had an odor. The rooms were not as advertised. No clean towels. I will not stay here again.

Get what you pay for.
I feel like I can't complain because we got the motel for so cheap. Nice staff, room was pretty gross, bed sheets were clean at least. The comforter was very thin. I think it was curtsins. Once again, get what you pay for. So it was okay.
Our rooms were not ready after they checked us in. We had reservations for 2 weeks ahead. We unpacked our car, loaded everything up the stairs, and found our rooms in disarray. I called the staff and they said come back and we will give you new rooms. So down the stairs with the kids and luggage we go just to wait in a long line to be told housekeeping is short handed and there are no more connecting rooms. We have a large family so connecting was a must. We waited another hour for the rooms to be ready and carried our luggage back to the original rooms we needed. The hotel staff acted inconvenienced by my wanting the room ready after we drove 4 hours to be there. The only good thing about the rooms was that it was right beside Dixie Stampede. I wouldn't recommend staying here.
The room smelled moldy and the bathroom smelled like urine.

Fairly nice but expensive.
Just had Tonsillectomy surgery. Ice & ice water is my only form of nourishment at this time I asked the General Mgr.3 times for ice bucket & she gave me a plastic bag which leaked.Said she would bring a container to the room .She never did.The next morning I explained the situation to the front desk lady & she reached down under the counter & got an ice bucket exactily where the General Mgr.was standing the night before when I had ask for something to put ice in.Very Rude & Unprofessional service ! She should be relieved of any Management duties.
Dusty, old and dirty. We wouldn't even use the blanket on the bed. Wouldn't sit on the chair. No tv remote. Could only watch 1 channel. Would NEVER go there again.
Family short weekend trip for car show.
Friendly service, bathtub would not drain and they have not pulled up the shower mat and cleaned under it, EVER.
bed was comfortable, wish breakfast was offered longer.
Bathroom shower had hairs all over it and urine was left on the toilet and only two amenities for our bathroom left out for us. Carpet was not vacuumed. Very loud neighbors very late into the night. Overall location was nice but room needed to be CLEANED!!!
I want to start out saying that I am not a priss. I don't stay in super expensive hotels or expect more amenities that I'm paying for. That being said, staying at the Days Inn Pigeon Forge South in Tennessee, was the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel.
There are signs everywhere saying this is a Wyndham hotel, and it is even on a little tag on the shower curtains. You'd think the company would care about this establishment running the company name into the ground.
As mentioned by many others on countless review pages, there was no continental breakfast (which was advertised as a perk of the hotel). My husband and I chose the hotel because it was cheap, figuring that even the most sparse of breakfasts could help us save some cash to spend on activities around town. It's pretty hard to screw up a continental breakfast. Oh, but they did. There were some frozen waffles and loaf bread, cereal and coffee. There was a juice machine, but it only dispensed water. If you were looking for anything that could keep you going for a reasonable amount of time, you weren't going to find it here. Luckily there is a Waffle House down the street.
Another advertised perk was free wi-fi. The wi-fi worked the first day we were there and the last day...but not in between. In a place like this, you'll use a lot of data looking up show schedules, booking reservations, buying tickets and mapping locations. But if you don't have a data limit, this doesn't really apply to you. Let's move on
There were perminant tenets who were above us and partied and screamed all night, they also stood outside our room and smoked, which in turn made our nonsmoking room smell like a ash tray. The staff was the most unprofessional I've ever seen. Taking personal calls at the desk and literally screaming on there phone dealing with "drama". We will NEVER stay here agin
We did get a first floor room as requested. It smelled like someone had mopped or cleaned with a sour rag. We had 1/2 a roll of toilet paper, no Kleenex, no wash cloths at check in. We killed roaches and mosquitoes for the first hour. Picture on tv was fuzzy. Room 117. We checked out a day early and will not be going back.
Was a trip with my parents. Love it in the Smoky Mountains. Loved the room !! Will definitely stay here the next time I go to Pigeon Forge. Great location right on the strip. Nearby restaurants and attractions. Right by the entrance to Dollywood.

Right next door to Dixie Stampede. The sheets were clean. Our wi-fi never worked. It has a pool but no jaccuzi. It's in a convenient location getting to the Smoky's. Free breakfast. Our phone in the room was not even connected to the wall nor did it have a wire to do so.
