Lovely Condo with Amazing Mountain Views. It is Directly off the Parkway with Easy Access to All Local Attractions. There are Convenient Indoor & Outdoor Pools, Hot tub, Playgrounds, BBQ's and on the Trolley Route.

This Home Features: Hammock Swing, One King Master Bedroom and a Bunk Room off the Living Room. There is also a Double Futon for Additional Sleeping Spaces for Guests.

It is a Great Option for Young Families Looking to Enjoy Pigeon Forge.

The Property Features Indoor and Outdoor Pools and a Hot Tub.

We Love the Area so much our Family Owns other Units:

There are lots of Choices that are just Steps or a Short Drive Away. You can spend your days Shopping at the Outlets, Hiking, Biking or Ski the Mountains. Go to Dollywood Theme Park or Splash Country Water Park. There are almost Endless Opportunities for Entertainment. Groceries are Available Nearby just a Mile away at Walmart or Kroger.

We are just over a mile from the New Convention Center & The Island. It is just over 3 miles to Dollywood. Only one mile to the Cal Ripken Experience.

We have Many Restaurants to choose from and several in Walking Distance. We're also close enough that you can walk to 3 Showcase Theaters: Biblical Times, Smith Family Theater and Country Tonight.

Our condo is on the 3rd floor and offers an elevator for easy access. The condo can be accessed by a wheelchair. The bathroom has extra wide doorways but is not a designated accessible bathroom.

Sorry, No Smoking inside and No Pets per the condo policy. Under the HOA, trailer parking is not allowed.

Great vacation

The location was great! The property grounds were even better! It was perfect for our family of 6. My kids loved both pools and other amenities. We had a fantastic stay and will definitely come back!

Pigeon Forge Perfection

We had a wonderful stay! The location is unbeatable-right in the heart of Pigeon Forge, yet it was surprisingly quiet and peaceful. The property was impeccably clean, which is saying something as I'm very particular about cleanliness. It exceeded our expectations in every way, and I would absolutely stay here again!!! Highly, highly recommend!!!

Another trip to PF !

We always like coming to Mountain View condos. Very nice and quiet and clean place. The condo was nice only thing was I wish it had ceiling fans and the bed was to firm for me and the front door needs replaced you can see outside at the bottom not very safe. We will be back.

The condo was clean. The check in was easy. The owner was very nice. The living room furniture needed updating. It was not very comfortable. The jacuzzi tub needed to be cleaned. When the jets were turned on black flakes came out of the jets.

Enjoyed our stay

This place was great for our party of one adult and 3 teenagers. Everyone had their own bed! Condo was easy to find thanks to detailed instructions. Property was clean, the boys enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Peaceful setting and close to everything you could possibly want to do or eat. Thanks again for opening your home!

‘Thumbs up.’

We enjoyed our stay. Reservations were easy. The condo was very clean. The microwave and refrigerator were extremely clean. Ample start up of soap, towels, detergents, etc. We were extremely satisfied with the kitchen staples, gadgets, dishes, and utensils. From previous reviews, I saw mention of one recliner needing work; it is just barely ‘hanging in there.’ There are several doors that are tight and hard to open or close including the ones at the window in the bedroom, and the ones to the bunk beds. Overhead lightbulb in the full bathroom needs to be replaced. The WiFi was extremely slow. Close to attractions, restaurants, and shows. Despite the minor issues, we would definitely stay there again. Comparing it to other places, I would still give it a 10.

Winter Trip

Overall we had a good experience with this condo. We did show up and the condo was not clean and ready at check in. The owner did get someone there and it was ready within an hour. The condo could use some updating as the towels were worn and needs replacing. One of the recliners also was a little worn as we had to watch when we reclined. Another thing we noticed was that the property of the resort really needed some cleaning as well on the outside. But overall we enjoyed our time and will probably rent again.

Location was great for me. Was there for softball tournament. Place was very clean and bed was comfortable. TV could have been a little bigger and the TV in the bed room was not working. I would stay there again.

Anniversary trip

Housekeeping left a lot to be desired, floors were dirty, bed sheets had not been changed out, had dirt and long hairs on them. balcony was extremely dirty, had to sweep and clean it. contacted the owners and they were great to work with they helped to rectify the issue. we love Mountain view condos we stay there regularly when we are at the mountains which is 3-4 times a year, the condos are located right within all the activities we normally do.
