Dollywood visiting.

Great for 4 adults & 3 kids. Kids loved the trampoline park & lazy river. Great roomy patio. Easy to get to Dollywood.

The riverstone is a great complex. This unit was just as described. 10 out of 10. Easy access to town. The owner was very easy to communicate with. Definitely be back.

Awesome condo!

My family and friends were very impressed with this clean, quiet, and well appointed 3 BR condo at Riverstone Resort. Plenty of room for the 6 of us all and having comfy king sized beds in all 3 of the BRs was a nice bonus vs most places. The kids loved the big indoor pool and hot tub. The location in Pigeon Forge is perfect - nice quiet and safe location but just around the corner from the Parkway. Alisa was a super responsive host. Will be back!

Visit to Dollywood

The location is perfect and very close to Dollywood in downtown pigeon Forge. We would love to come back. It was spacious for my three kids and my husband and I.

Smith-Welch Family Time

Had a wonderful time with Grandchildren (5) , son and daughter in law, daughter and son in law and wonderful husband. Resort offered so many different things for grandchildren to enjoy. Could not have wanted more. Pigeon Forge was a delight with lots of new activities to enjoy.

Overall very satisfied. Owner responded quicky to questions we had when we first arrived (regarding the coffee maker). Minor: towels in both bathrooms were well worn and there could have been a couple more for each bathroom.

Family Christmas trip

Inviting Get Away

The unit was very spacious for five of us adults. Felt warm and inviting in every space of the unit. Made you feel like you were in your own home. Plenty of towels for all. We didn’t cook but kitchen seemed to be stocked. Very clean unit. Great central location.

Cousin Getaway

Everything was exactly as described. Condo was so nicely decorated for the holidays, and everything was so clean and neat. We had issues with the wifi but we did communicate that with the owner, and they were always quick to respond and suggest different things to do to correct the problem. Very close to all the activities of Pigeon Forge and just behind Dolly Stampede and not far at all from Dollywood. Great space and had everything we needed to have a great time. Would definitely recommend.

Clean but No Wifi!!

The condo was very clean and convenient to Dollywood and several other places. The only issues I had was that there was no wifi (resort wifi is not for private rental) and the televisions were very outdated. The kids couldn't play their video games nor could we watch Netflix. Overall, great for the cleanliness and location but ideal for someone who wants to work, play video games or watch movies. Also, check out time is 10am not 11am and the instructions received vs what's on the fridge are different.

Perfect location!

We were traveling with our family (myself, husband and 7&9 year old and my parents). The condo was amazing for us! The grandparents had their own room and bathroom with balcony access and we had the front two bedrooms and bathroom. The condo is a great size and acclimated everyone well. The location of the building was perfect- next to the lazy river, overlooking the little pigeon river and right next to the bounce pad! We love this building location. Parking is close and easy. The condo is clean and well-stocked. I do wish there were dishwasher pods, an additional trash bag for the kitchen and a sponge for dishes. But overall, we had what we needed. The beds were comfortable and there was seating for everyone in the living room and dining room. Bathroom towels and pool towels are available. Great location on the Pigeon Forge strip, but sets back enough that it wasn’t disturbing. This was our second stay here and we will definitely return! I will add, last year during our stay the internet didn’t work and it wasn’t working this stay either, I’m not sure if it’s a coincidence or if internet is a problem/never works, so make note of that if internet access is a priority for you. We did reach out the the host and someone was sent in less than 5 minutes to look at it, but they weren’t able to fix it, as it’s a private unit and they couldn’t do much. Not a problem for us, but could be a problem if you rely on internet while traveling.

Needs updating, cleaning and No Wifi

-This condo has no wifi. The resort wifi doesn’t reach this particular room. The balcony was the only place that the internet was ok not great. -The TVs are outdated. -The dishes put away in the cabinets needed to be washed because they still had food on them probably from a previous guest. -The unit is in need of some deep cleaning. Dusty lamps, cobwebs in corners, dirty baseboards, dirty stove and oven, etc. -I have stayed at this resort in the past and had a great experience. This unit needs some tlc. -The washing machine was extremely loud and sounded like it was about to blast off into space. -The dishwasher stunk really bad and we couldn’t get it to come on at all. All dishes had to be washed by hand. -The unit did not have bowls to store food at all. I had to go buy bowls. -The bath towels in this unit were very small and extremely thin. We used the pool towels to bath with because at least you felt dry after using it. -The area by the elevators always stunk like poop or urine. -The bed arrangements changed after we booked the room with no warning or notification at all. -This unit just needs some love, upgrades and deep cleaning.
