This two bedroom two bath condo is set up to be warm and inviting. The master bedroom has a king size bed with pillow top mattress and a flat screen TV hanging on the wall. The master bath is spacious and equipped with a Jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom has a queen bed and also has a pillow top mattress. It also has a flat screen TV. The couch has a sofa bed for additional sleeping space. The love seat has a rocking recliner on both sides to kick back and watch some TV. There is a large dining table that has plenty of room if you choose to cook a big meal. The balcony has a great view of the Great Smokey Mountains to have that morning coffee. The property has two pools, one with a kids fountain and there is also a hot tub and a playground for the kids. There are grills that are close to the pool area and also horseshoe pits. This unit is only about 400 feet from the main road of Pigeon Forge and walking distance from many restaurants, shopping and attractions. You are within 10 minutes from Dollywood and Splash country.

Great place to stay, quiet. Would stay again. Sat on patio in morning drinking tea and looking out at the mountain. There were some minor issues in condo, I advised management of,, but they did not effect our stay.

It was a very pleasant place to stay. The property was beautifully taken care of and the location was perfect. The only issue is I wish there was an actual deadbolt on the front door for better security. Thank you!

Everything was great...one problem the pools are not maintained...lots of dirt and debris in the bottom of the pools...also one of my children ended up with an ear infection before we left...so extra cost for doctor and medicine. The outside pool was not chlorinated.

The condo was perfect for our stay in Pigeon Forge. For a family of 6, my husband and I plus 4 kids ages 6,7,17 & 21, there was just enough room. It was well stocked and very clean. The condo is right across the parking lot from both pools, the hot tub, and play ground. There is also a walking track on the other side of the condo building that we enjoyed. The location is convenient to everything in Pigeon Forge and Sevierville.

Floors were dirty and sticky. Mattress’s need to be replaced. Towels were put in bathrooms wet. Laundry left in dryer. NOT handicapped assessable. Toilet too low. No shelf in shower to put soap shampoo etc. Recliner needs to be cleaned. Knives were not suitable for cutting. Need to put curtains in bedroom to keep the light outdoors Views are amazing. In 14 years of going to the Smokies this is the first bad review I’ve done. I know good help is hard to come by but maybe check in on your cleaners because obviously they did not do their job this time.

Girls Trip
The overall property was excellent. My daughter loved the playground except for some of the wooden steps were broken. We did not use the pool. The condo was very roomy and clean. The only two complaints are the shower in the master has some slime in the floor (addressed with the owner already) and the floors were not clean at all. When walking around the condo, we noticed our feet were turning black from reside. The floors needed mopped. I would stay here again if the two above issues were resolved. I have small children who crawl around on the floor and play.
