We loved our stay and wanted to extend but the resort was booked out but for a good reason. The property was clean and spacious. We rented the 2 room and 2 bath with a beautiful kitchen. Front desk was accomdating. The view was gorgeous and the location was close to the Island and shows. We cant wait to come back! Ty

Was our first time there. Did not know it was a timeshare when we got tit through Expedia. Expecting to have to do a presentation, but they were very nice and did not pressure us into a presentation. Very nice place. Eric was very accommodating and very welcoming when we checked in. The rooms were incredible. Thanks for a great stay, guys!

Great property. Roomy, comfortable units. In room was quiet except when kids were running back and forth in the unit above us. Patio had a lot of traffic noise and lots of AC units on the ground just below us. Nice pool with a pretty view.

I accidentally left a bag at this property and when I discussed it with the front office manager, they were extremely helpful and expedited the retrieval of my bag. Very friendly staff clean and comfortable rooms in a great location. I would recommend this property to anyone.

I will never stay in a cabin again! This property was awesome. Beautifully decorated condo with absolutely every amenity you could ask for and some you can get upon request. Centrally located to everything! Three things I require in a stay: Cleaness, hot shower and great mattress! This unit exceeded all my expectations! Family friendly activities on site and the staff was phenomenal! I highly recommend this property. For my bougie people; 10/10!

We stayed for spring break, everyone was very nice and accommodating. I had a bit of an issue w my rental and even though they were booked up n couldn't extend my stay Grace the night manager was suoer noice and extended the grace of a late check out which made the world of diffrence. Sometimes just being nice,and emapthetic can make the worlds diffrence. I needed that in that moment, and im greatful I would definitely stay here again.. I do wish they had a 2nd set of elevators but thats minor espically if its warm out..Oh and it was also close to everything..

We did not know until we arrived that this was a time-share hotel. The actual facilities were beautiful, but at check in time, we were given a pitch about how we could get a gift card for sitting through a 2 hour presentation - no thank you, not what we signed up for. That evening when we returned, the security guard at the gate asked us for our parking pass - we had not been given one. Flash forward to 3 different conversations, and still no parking pass. We were treated like garbage by the front desk staff all because we weren't "members" and because we did not want to sit through their presentation. The actual space was beautiful and luxurious - but only stay if you are willing to listen to their spiel. The listing probably should not be on Expedia.

We had a 2 bdrm family suite and it was lovely. The second bath had a tub for the kids, the whole suite was plenty spacious, the kitchen had enough gear in it for us to easily make some meals. PSA: The kitchen only has teflon coated cookware, so head's up if you're anti-PFAS and toxins. Also, there is shockingly little to no sound deadening between the floors. We were on the second floor and the condo above us had a few little kids that RAAAAN the full length of the suite MANY times early in the morning and throughout the evenings. It was rather disruptive to start with - we did mention it to the mgmt early on and they said they'd make a call but it made zero difference. Not the end of the world, but it sure made for some early wakeups. The mgmt should put guests with little kids on a lower floor in the building for that purpose. Also, I feel like it's a bit of a design flaw - we've only ever had that issue in apts, never hotels before. It is a timeshare property - didn't know that going in, so dodge accordingly if that's not your thing.
