Welcome to BEARADISE BLISS, 2600 SQ FT 4 bedroom POOL CABIN, 1.5 miles from Pigeon Forge Parkway and 5 miles from Dollywood. Enjoy the beautiful Smoky Mountain and many attractions nearby all day and return to our cozy cabin to relax. Swim all year around in your own private heated indoor pool or relax in our 7 seater hot tub. Amenities include dedicated parking for 2 cars plus, fully equipped kitchen, BBQ grill, 2 arcade games/air hockey, and comfortably sleeps 12!

*Basement: Queen over queen bunkbed with private bathroom, private indoor pool, 7-seater hot tub on private porch with outdoor fireplace and smart TV. Also has a common area with TV and queen sleeper sofa and Ms PacMan arcade and Street Fighter arcade.

(Food items are not provided due to international Covid travel guideline. We recommend guest to stock up supplies before arrival)

Washer and dryer, ironing board and iron

★ AMENITIES:
Our cleaning service provides start-up supplies including: paper towels, dish soap, dish washer soap, kitchen trash can liners, toilet paper, hand soap, travel size shampoo/conditioner/body shampoo/bar soap, and bathroom trash liners. Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to purchase additional items when the initial supply runs out.

★ TRASH:
Please place all trash in trash bags and place in the bear proof trash container in front parking area. We do not have regularly scheduled trash pick-ups.

★ HOT TUB AND POOL:
Private Hot Tub for 7
Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK!

Private Indoor Pool
We have an indoor heated pool, the temperature is preset to a lukewarm temperature (about 84 degrees). Please note that any activity during use of property and especially in the pool is the responsibility of the renter. All adults must be physically present in the pool room with their children. Please keep the pool door locked at all times when not in use. Pool is 4 ft deep, and absolutely No Diving is allowed. We are not responsible for any negligence or accidents during the stay.

PacMan, Street Fighter in common area in basement and Air hockey table in Loft upstairs

★ SECURITY:
Ring floodlight security camera at the front entrance (please do not touch)
NO Indoor Cameras

★ PETS: ALLOWED WITH RESTRICTIONS
House-trained pets are welcomed; $200 for 1st pet and $100 for the 2nd pet. (max 2 pets, 30lbs max weight limit each). Please note that VRBO only charges for one pet so if you will bring two (2) we will request the additional fee via VRBO payment center. We ask guests to bring pet cage/enclosure to keep under control.

★ SMOKING:
We do not allow smoking indoors

★ FIRES:
Absolutely no fires inside or out. Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $100 plus damages.

★ REFUNDS:
We do not offer refunds for weather or natural disasters. We do not give refunds due to weather conditions, late arrivals, early departures, guests' fear of driving in the mountains, nor power outages. If you feel you may have travel concerns, we suggest purchasing Travel/Cancellation Insurance through a carrier of your choice for added peace of mind. Snow chain or 4 x 4 wheel is strongly recommended during the winter months from November to March.
