Sherwood Splashin' Retreat is a luxury cabin the Smoky Mountains of Tennessee.

2. NO smoking & NO pets! Please do not ask if you can bring your pet (regardless of how cute, well-behaved, house-trained s/he is:). There are many pet friendly cabins in the area. We monitor our properties and keep them well-maintained for all of our guests.

Introducing Sherwood's Splashin' Retreat! It is a 4 bed/4.5 bath luxury cabin located in the exclusive “The Village at Sherwood Forest " at the top of popular Sherwood Forest Resort in Pigeon Forge, TN.
If in need of additional accommodations, our sister, cabin "Sherwood's Splash Mountain" is VRBO #910972 and is just 9 cabins away in the same cabin resort community. Both cabins have the same lay-out & amenities.

This cabin, Sherwood’s Splashin Retreat has many wonderful features, including, but not limited to:

* Prime, convenient location for short drives to The Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Pigeon Forge, & Gatlinburg.

*Main room has comfortable furniture, and 27' high floor-to-ceiling stacked-stone fireplace, and wall-of-windows w/incredible, panoramic views of the Great Smoky Mountains (including the iconic Mount LeConte)! Main room also has a 60" Smart TV & Blu-ray player that can be enjoyed from the kitchen & dining table, too.

* Four luxury bedrooms w/hand-made furniture, luxury bedding, upgraded mattresses, & en suite baths (3 king and 1 bunk room w/ 2 queen beds & 2 twin beds). Two king bedrooms are located on main level & one king bedroom & the bunk room are on the top level. Each bedroom has its own 42” 4K Smart TV. The bunk room also has a Blu-ray player for the kids. These are true private bedrooms w/ en suite baths (not shared w/open loft area or theater room). We also have an upgraded queen sleeper sofa in the main room if you want to separate the bunk room kids. :)

* Private indoor heated pool (w/pool towels) will provide hours of pleasure for all!

*Large hot tub for total relaxation while taking in the views on the covered deck (located just outside the pool room).

* State-of-the-art home theater room w/an enormous 110" projection screen w/surround sound system, Blu-ray/DVD player w/Wi-Fi, and a DVD library w/100+ movies. The luxury theater seats will give you a true theater experience (front row seats have foot rest). This is not just a TV room, but a true home theater. It is great for watching the Big Game, TV, movies, & streaming your favorite shows.

*Three large decks facing the awe-inspiring Smoky Mountains (one deck is located off the top floor master bedroom as a private retreat). There are many rockers and Adirondack chairs for enjoying the spectacular mountain views.

* Loft Game Room includes: 8 ft. billiards table w/additional ping- pong top, 2/person arcade game table w/60+ games, a game table, and large Smart TV so you don't miss the big game while shooting pool.

* Basement game room includes: air hockey & foosball tables, large Smart TV, and a wet bar (mini-fridge, microwave, & a variety of plastic drink-ware).

* Kitchen: For the cooks in the family, we provide a fully-stocked kitchen w/stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, an island w/seating for 4, & a large pantry for storage of your groceries (so you don't have to store groceries on the counter or island). For those who enjoy dining together, our hand-made farm table easily seats 8-10.

* A great collection of games, puzzles, & books are available for guest use (but bring your own if you have something you want to play as sometimes parts of games go missing, unfortunately).

* Free, password protected, high-speed Wi-Fi.

* Laundry room w/ full-size washer and dryer.

* Key-less entry system for guest convenience and safety (go directly to cabin).

* A clean, well-maintained cabin. Cleaners supply a STARTER SET of: toilet paper, a roll of paper towels, dishwasher tablets, dish soap, & trash bags. We also supply laundry detergent, dryer sheets & hand soap. Keep this is mind when preparing for your trip, and feel free to contact us with specific item questions.

*Gated resort community w/outdoor seasonal community pool, paved roads, and a large parking area at this cabin (extra parking at community pool).

NOTE: This cabin is equipped with exterior cameras to monitor the cabin (not for guest safety). Do not move or tamper with security cameras. Any tampering with cameras by cabin guests will result in additional fees.
Location, location, location! Sherwood's Splashin' Retreat is located in popular and well-located Sherwood Forest Resort Cabin Community. Sherwood Forest is 1.5 miles from the parkway. Our community is known for its spectacular, panoramic mountain views.

We are very close to all the action of both Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and Sevierville, yet far enough away to enjoy the natural beauty of the Smoky Mountains.

Smoky Mountain National Park: Cade's Cove, Clingman's Dome, scenic drives, hiking trails, whitewater rafting, waterfalls, fishing, wildlife (including black bears), etc.
* Pigeon Forge (very short drive) : Dollywood, Splash Country, The Island, Titanic Museum (among others), Cal Ripken Experience, Paula Dean's Lumberjack Feud, Wildside Adventure Park, golf, go-karts, mini-golf, mountain coasters, moonshine tasting, music and comedy shows, large variety of restaurants, shops, and much more!
*Gatlinburg (another short drive): Ober Gatlinburg Ski Resort, Ripley's Aquarium, Anakeesta, Gatlinburg SkyPark, Gatlinburg Space Needle, Blake Shelton's Ole Red and Jason Alden's Kitchen and Roof Top Bar (among many other restaurants), golf, rope's courses, mountain coasters, mini-golf, moonshine tastings, shops, etc.

*** Chains are considered a MUST HAVE for vehicles to drive to and from this resort and cabin during snow and/or icy road conditions. It is the Guest's responsibility to check local weather prior to and during Guest stay at this cabin. We strongly recommend chains for snow/icy road conditions.
*** Trip insurance is always highly recommended (especially in the winter months).
