Relax and enjoy your morning coffee on a porch rocker on your deck! You are located in Pigeon Forge in a quiet subdivision but just minutes from all the fun. Dollywood is 10 minutes one way and the outlets and dining are 5 minutes the other direction.

Your group will love your own heated indoor pool, pool table, standup arcade game, cable tv and more. Relax in the great room and enjoy the fireplace. Prepare in cabin meals with your fully equipped kitchen. Free WIFI and a washer and dryer are included for your convenience.

Free WIFI, a washer / dryer, iron and ironing board, and paved parking are included for your convenience. All linens and towels are provided as well as a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, soaps and detergents.

This cabin is professionally managed by Elk Springs Resort Cabin Rentals in Gatlinburg, TN. We provide concierge service as well as dispatched maintenance and housekeeping should you need assistance during your stay. Host requires the guest to sign a rental management agreement prior to allowing access to the unit. The agreement details our cancellation policy, terms and conditions. Must be 21 or older to reserve a cabin and person booking must be staying in the cabin.

We provide a starter supply of paper products, detergents and soaps and coffee filters. We do not supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash and there are no pantry items, spices, salt & pepper or coffee included - guests should bring these items.2

That cabin was awesome. The pool is small but fun for the kids. Overall everything was great. I do believe checkout should be extended to 11 or 12.

The extra blanket upstairs smelled like it has never been washed, smelled like body odor. There was a couple pieces of toilet paper left in the floor upstairs upon arrival. The bedding needs washed. If cleaned up, I would recommend it.

The only thing that I didn't like was that we paid the extra money for the pool, and we did not get in it. It was dirty! The cabin itself was pretty clean just the pool wasn't, really disappointed, hard to tell kids you are getting a pool and then not be able to get in.

The hot tub has mushrooms growing on the filter. A dirty towel, cleaning rag and someone’s bathing suit was left before we arrived. The oven had not been cleaned and the sheets on the first floor bed had a stain on it. Other than that it was a relaxing time and we always enjoy coming to the smoky mountains.

The hot tub had some debris at the bottom and the pool had some slight buildup on the steps and was WAY to cold for us to use but not any deal breakers for us. The cabin was stunningly beautiful (pictures do not do it justice) and the beds were very soft and comfortable. The company was extremely professional and a pleasure to deal with. There was only slight issues and I would definitely stay and use this company again.

Pool was extremely cloudy on arrival. Next day pool was green and cloudy, my child attempted to swim but could not due to the burning of eyes and nose and shortness of breath because of too much chlorine. Maintenence came to fix but added chemicals that had to set so we were not able to swim again which was the whole reason I got the cabin. A bit disappointing, hottub was also cold and took 12 hours to warm up to 100 degrees. Pool table is on a tilt so all your balls will end up on right side of table.

Reviewer Comments: My biggest disappointment was all of the communication leading up until the check in day stated a 3pm check in time. We were traveling 10+ hours relying on that check in time. Only to be texted 2hrs prior to check in that our check in would be delayed. We didn’t receive our code until 530. It was very frustrating. Especially since it isn’t a cheap rental and I’m sure the same consideration wouldn’t be extended upon check out.After that though, things were good. Sure there was dust in places, but overall very clean. ‘Supposedly’ bracelets are to be worn at the community pool- there were no bracelets or ‘cabin binder’ anywhere in the rental (I was assured there was one)....fortunately no one was concerned about said bracelets.All in all, we would stay there again now knowing what to expect. The indoor pool was clean and the kids loved it.

Reviewer Comments: The location and cabin are very beautiful however when we arrived we noticed everything was very dusty on ledges and the floor. We chose to clean this ourselves to make us uncomfortable. When we went to use the indoor pool we realized that the exhaust fan was not working which made the pool room toxic from the chemical smell so we could not swim. We contacted management and they were professional and quick to respond but unable to fix the fan. Therefore we never used the pool for the entire stay. Our biggest disappointment is that upper management still has not compensated us fairly for us not having use of the private pool for our entire stay. The fair thing to do would be to charge us the rate of a cabin with no pool however they have not offered that and do not appear to be in a hurry to do so, we are not asking for a full refund we are only asking to pay per night what any other cabin on that property that was like ours (minus the private pool) would pay.
