RIVER FRONT HOME IN DESIRABLE WEARS VALLEY!!

Our property is cozy and family friendly with a large private yard with a fire pit yard games and river access! Less then 1 mile from the Pigeon Forge Parkway. Our home has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, fully equipped kitchen, large living and den area. Or you can relax in our cozy sunroom!! Also has a game room, outdoor kitchen and fire pit. Views are amazing !! close to everything!! Grocery stores, shopping, entertainment, etc!!! come enjoy the mountains!!

Thanksgiving 2023

If your wanting a peaceful relaxing vacation this is the place. Host could not have been any better..thank you Margaret. Location is perfect not in the congested area but close to parkway.

Just as described

House was clean, felt safe in the neighborhood, Margaret was very easily reached and responded quickly to all messages. We would stay there again. Great host and nice house, very clean.

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay. The location was super convenient. The host was was one of the best and we’ve rented several houses/condos. Our family loves to travel. The house was really nice. We loved the outdoor kitchen and firepit even though we didn’t get to use them because we were so busy trying to cram everything in in our short stay. We would definitely recommend this place.

Family New Year Trip

We as a family have to decided to make an annual after Christmas New Year trip every year will bring me, my son, daughter in law, and granddaughter and grandson closer together. We wanted to share the magic of Pigeon Forge and found a perfect spot out of the hustle but close enough to everything. Everything was perfect at the house with smore gift set as we entered as well as hats and blow horns for New Years. Perfect trip!

Pigeon Forge

What a lovely town, our host gave us tips and pointers for places to see and eat. We were able to get into all of the places we tried to get into. Particularly enjoyed eating some of the southern style cooking. Shopped, wandered, taste tested and enjoyed friends. Plenty of room for us at the rental and the back yard is huge and a great place for a cookout and for kids to roam. Thanks Margaret and Jeff

Wonderful Rental

We rented a cabin and it was a mess. We needed a replacement accommodation immediately and Margaret was great about working this one out for us. We enjoyed her house !

Great space in central location!

House was great for my family and I! Margaret was a nice host and easy to communicate with. She went the extra mile and left everything we would need for s’mores, including the wood and skewers, to use with the fire pit. The two little boys loved that! The house was decorated for Christmas which was so fun and there were games and toys for the kiddos! Location is perfect for travel to Dollywood, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg. Would definitely recommend!!

The owner was extremely helpful with all my questions. My familly really enjoyed staying here and definitely will be staying here again. Its in the perfect location. Very very pleased with our stay!

Great location

My family and I loved this location and property. Our feedback to enhance the visit would be to do a better job supplying the house with normal "stay" items: trash bags, toilet paper, dish soap. I couldn't find anywhere in the listing that I was notified to bring these common supplied items, so it made for several trips to the store. Otherwise we greatly enjoyed the stay.

Close to the action

It is a great location. Gas station/McDonald's at the corner and super close to the main drag in Pigeon Forge. Perfectly located for the Island, Dollywood, and all the major attractions.
