What an excellent host and fabulous location right off the parkway in Pigeon Forge! We stayed through Christmas and had excellent weather; however, it "might" be challenging up the steep hills into the resort if the weather were a little snowy. We would definitely stay here again! We stayed with our pups, adult kids and grandchild and brought our own sheets/blankets because we're just weird that way lol. Excellent host and so incredibly accommodating! Highly recommend :)
Stay was great. Good location surrounded by everything you need. Only issues we had were with some things in the house that I made the owner aware of and they responded quickly and kept open comms with us. Overall great stay
Property appeared as advertised! Clean, quiet, and comfortable. Great location. Contactless check in and check out was outstanding. No issues to report
The house is good with excellent communication from host with response from him within 2 min each time. The place was clean. Just lacked some basic items like, salt, pepper, soaps, sugar. A few lights were not working. Loved the rustic feel and the awesome spacious and clean bathrooms.
I rented this cabin to bring my sister and her soon to be wife to Gatlinburg for the first time in honor to celebrate they're bachelorette bash. My sister was in AWE! Cabin was exceptionally beautiful. Place was very clean and smelled amazing not like overly used chemicals as some past cabins have been. The showers are GORGEOUS! My only downfall was upstairs bedrooms bed was not that comfortable, but realized when making bed the box springs were too far apart and that was an easy fix. The toilet to same room was kinda shaky but nothing that would effect our stay.
Overall we were very happy with this rental! Very comfortable beds and plenty of room. The main issue we had was upstairs temperature regulation. Although register said was at 69, the temp stayed at 76. Had to periodically open door to cool off, thankfully there was a fan on the upstairs bedroom. Basement area was nice & cool. The shelf holding tv in upstairs bedroom needs to be looked at, appears to be cracking. Would stay here again!
There are a few maintenance issue that need fixing. Upstairs bathroom toilet wobbles badly. The faucet also wobbles and the exhaust fan does not work. The front door does not stay closed unless locked. The cabin is very nice and cleaned. The game room wàs great. Fix the problems and this is a five star rental.

Bring your own towels!
This cabin is right off the strip so you are in the middle of everything which is the main reason we booked it. Like another guest before me, the driveway is incredibly steep and the view is lacking. There is a new construction next door that did not have any work being done while we were there. Check in and out is made simple but the owner doesn't have any rules posted that I could find. We rented this particular cabin because of the karaoke set-up but was unable to use it due to missing components. Also, the A/C unit can only be controlled by the thermostat upstairs leaving the basement freezing cold. In the middle of April the cabin still has Christmas decorations throughout which was a little strange...
Two days after check out, I was billed an extra $100.00 (in addition to the $150.00 I had already paid) for "damaged & destroyed" linens and towels which is why I suggest bringing your own towels since white dirty towels are considered damaged and destroyed. The price is good but would not rent again,
Upon arrival you will drive up a steep drive, but it flattens out and the front of the cabin beckons to sit and swing and look at other cabins, but not much of a view out the front. Two levels of outdoor decks give you up close and personal views of trees, and at night, you can make out city lights. Everything you need is there, towels, fresh clean linens, fluffy comforters, normal hotel amenities even little shampoos and soaps. That said, we did encounter a very hot living room that read 80 degrees upon arrival. We set the thermostat to cool, unpacked, left for dinner, came back and it was 79 degrees. After my investigation I figured out that squares of batt insulation were stuffed down into vents in the floor. No cool air could cool the room, vents were completely blocked. I removed those, and the temp finally started to cool the room.....by morning it was cooled off but it made for an uncomfortable first night. The ice machine is frozen up, not working or dispensing. Wonderful property - just a couple of things that might have been overlooked when opening up from over winter - that made it a little tough. The porches were a little messy with decorations and clutter, but it didn't affect us. The Schlage door lock - oh my goodness what a pain. We get it, you can't have keys floating around, we get it. But we had a hard time getting the code to take at times, but it was even more tricky just locking it to leave. I do love how quiet your location was. I heard absolutely no road noise the first or second night of my two night stay. We felt safe and secure. I could not get the tv in the basement bedroom or the basement bunk room to work. The upstairs tvs worked perfectly, so it wasn't operator error. On a scale of 1-10, my stay would be a 7 because we paid a lot of money per night and had yet had several issues. It's not like we can go to a front office/desk and get maintenance man and I didn't see how anyone via text could do anything to help us with the cooling issue - we just dealt with it ourselves. So, reach out to me, I'd like to hear from you as the host.
Lower level was not heated by the furnace for some reason and the wall unit did not have a cord long enough to reach the outlet. Several lightbulbs were burned out too. Outside fire table did not work either.
The home was wonderful. My children had a blast with the pool table. We enjoyed our stay at the cabin.
For the ones scared of heights or steep driveways like myself this cabin has a very steep driveway. Otherwise it is fine.
Everything seemed pretty new, and everything was clean. There were plenty of towels, toilet paper, trash bags, etc. We spent our days at Dollywood, and this cabin was conveniently located to the park. Our only issues were a missing thermostat downstairs, and so the bunk bed room was very cold at night. The sofabed downstairs was also broken and probably could not have held the weight of an adult, but we only used it for a six year old child. The neighborhood seemed safe and was quiet. I would stay here again.
Cabin is located very close to Dollywood and Dixie Stampede, right off the strip. Very cozy cabin with easy to operate fireplaces and everyone raved about the showers!
We loved the cabin! Very clean! Grandgirls loved the downstairs it was perfect for them. Owner was very nice and helpful and all was an easy process. We will stay here again!
This cabin was just perfect for our Cal Ripken baseball tournament trip to Pigeon Forge. So close to the main highway and just minutes from the baseball fields! Communication with the owner from the beginning was excellent. Check-in was an absolute breeze. We can't say enough wonderful things about the whole experience. The kids loved the karaoke stage and the neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful even though we were so close to the busy main highway. The cabin was so lovely and comfortable with everything that we needed. A+ !!! Hopefully we will return one day. We would definitely stay here again!
Cabin was clean and close to the parkway! Very fast response from the owner when needing help with the wifi password! Children and adults alike had a blast singing karaoke at the Mini Opry downstairs! The only thing that was missing was a hot tub on either of the back decks, but was well aware before renting the cabin so not complaining just suggesting a hot tub would definitely have been nice to return to after a day of walking at the Rod Run!! Definitley well worth visiting for another get away!!
Cabin was beautiful! Great amenities! The fireplace was perfect for a cold rainy day. We really enjoyed the location and it was close to everything and there were plenty of options for food delivery in case you don’t feel like going out. We would definitely return!!
