It was clean, but very minimal. Plenty of room within the room, but for example the coffee maker was in the bathroom because it was the only place for it to sit. Has been updated in regards to bed, carpet. The room next to you affects your water pressure, water temperature, and lighting. When the room next to us turned their light on it surged ours and make the dimmer (you could hear their light switch cut on and off)

It could use a little updating. You can tell the ceiling and walls had previous damage and were patched sloppy so updating that would be nice but over all we enjoyed the stay and will definitely stay again. Beds were soft, everything worked, excellent location

The customer service was amazing. Candace was at the front desk. She was very helpful. We were there with our grandson and she gave us several nearby places to take him to and was telling us about the pool and how popular the pool is with the kids so we plan time for that too. She was just really helpful and sweet! Good customer service is hard to come by these days and she was amazing!

It is a nice 2.5 star hotel. It’s very very dated. Service was quick and friendly. The room was a basic room. You had a tv and beds. No luggage rack to store suitcase so we had to just lay it on the floor. The inside pool was in terrible condition. My son who loves to swim on every trip didn’t want to swim in the indoor pool (nor would we let him).

While its a little older, its location/proximity to everything was amazing. Staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. Great heated indoor pool with water slide during the winter. Great retreat after a day of attractions.

The pool is AMAZING but they need to chill on the chlorine. It burned my eyes to where I couldn’t sit for more than 10 mins from the hot tub.

Hello fellow traveler. Stayed in a city suite very nice room overall. Pretty good place to stay. Only pitfall is that you can tell it needed repair work. In the room we stayed in and thru out the public areas of the lodge.

My husband and I really enjoyed this hotel. For the price, it is a nice place to stay. It’s definitely outdated , but it is still functional and comfy. We were able to hear everything around us though, so that wasn’t the most convenient, but the bathrooms were good and the beds were comfortable so we really couldn’t complain.
