Walk to all the action in minutes or sit and enjoy the Little Pigeon River from your private, covered balcony! This is the closest lodging to the LeConte Convention Center! You can walk right over no problem! The condo sleeps up to 6 guests and offers 2 full bedrooms with king beds and 2 bathrooms along with a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Each bedroom offers smart tvs equipped with cable and high speed internet. Come enjoy all the fun that Pigeon Forge has to offer, today!

The Neighborhood:
This condo is located in the middle of Pigeon Forge, TN! You really can't beat the location! You can walk to tons of activities including dining and entertainment. The Pigeon Forge Convention Center is right next door! You are located right on The Little Pigeon River that flows right out of The Great Smoky Mountains. It offers great trout fishing so don't forget to grab a daily fishing license! This is the closest lodging to the LeConte Convention Center! You can walk right over no problem!

Getting Around:
We always recommend a vehicle but you can walk to tons of activities located in Pigeon Forge, TN as this location is as good as it gets!

Other Things to Note:
Must be 21 or older to book this condo.

This condo sleeps 6 guests maximum.

This condo is easily accessible by main roads and parkways. We always recommend 4x4 drive depending on all the areas you may travel within The Great Smoky Mountains region, but again, this condo is very easy to access being right in the middle of downtown Pigeon Forge, TN on flat, paved city roads.

Gas fireplaces are seasonal and operate around October-March give or take depending on the weather.

Starter sets of toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent are provided.

Bring your own coffee for the regular coffee maker.

This is the closest lodging to the LeConte Convention Center! You can walk right over no problem!

The outdoor pool usually opens around Memorial Day each year give or take. The outdoor pool usually closes at the end of August each year give or take. These dates are subject to change at any time and out of our control as they are controlled by the HOA. Any necessary maintenance work is out of our control, too, and controlled by the HOA with no notice. Thank you for your understanding.

Bears and other wildlife are common in the area. Do not feed bears or any type of wildlife and keep your belongings secured and vehicle doors locked at all times. Bears and wildlife are very protected in this area. Do not feed or bother bears or wildlife, at any time, during your stay. Thank you greatly for your understanding with this.

Family getaway

Great place and great location. You can walk to The Island, go-carts, shopping a restaurants easily. The owners checked on us to make sure everything was good. Really enjoyed our stay.

Great location

Plenty of room for us and our 3 kids (13,4 & 1) spacious, everything we needed. Perfect location close to everything yet off the Parkway for easy access to backroads to avoid traffic. We are frequent travelers to the mountains since we are only 4 hours away and this will definitely be added to our favorite condo list! Balcony was spacious and furnished nicely as well with a great view of the river & Christmas lights!

Pigeon Forge Getaway

We had a great stay! The location is in the middle of all the action and you can walk to The Island and many other attractions. The condo is clean and has all the necessities for a pleasant stay. It was nice to sit on the balcony and just relax to the sound of the stream and bird calls.

Home away from home feeling.

We throughly enjoyed our stay and can't wait to get back. The only thing I would change if I were the owners is mattress upgrades and the patio furniture needs updating. All questions and concerns were addressed immediately. We have zero complaints and will definitely book again.

Great location, beautiful property!

The property was very nice! The view of the stream out on the deck was so pretty. There is a little woodchuck living down there which was fun to watch. The beds were extremely comfortable! The location of the property is in town but with all the trees and the stream there, it doesn't feel like your in town. We would definitely stay here again.

WOW!

I wish I could give you more than 5 stars. This condo was awesome. It was clean, had everything we needed. The best part was the view from the balcony....only a few feet from the river. We would definitely stay here again.

“The experience could have been much better if housekeeping had done their job properly. The floors and bathrooms were absolutely disgusting and not cleaned thoroughly. It seemed like all the dirt was swept into one corner and just left there. This level of cleanliness is unacceptable.”

Dollywood Visit

The owner communicated often and seemed interested in our stay and was also very clear regarding required guidelines. We rated this a five star but would suggest renters to bring your own TP (There was none available!) and extra blankets if needed. Sheets were provided. The rooms were clean.
