Nice & Clean

Sleep in and sweets was an excellent hotel.Very clean and comfortable good sleeping bed. Only issue we had when we go down for breakfast.There was usually no coffee or anyone around to make any but overall everything was excellent. We'll stay here again for sure.

Didn't do breakfast but it smelled good. 1st room was the size of a closet but staff found us another one without any problems. The beds are the best! Slept so well on them. Everything was clean and staff was very helpful. Only drawback was no hairdryer in the room.

The staff was great, and the maintenance staff was very friendly and attentive. One of the cleaner hotels we have stayed in. The hot breakfast bar was not always ready, and the coffee was not kept full.

Staff friendly and helpful. Clean room. It was a little cramped but had large desk, microwave and refrigerator with king size bed. Walking distance of restaurant. Good breakfast with several choices. Friends stayed at hotel across the street. Not as nice as this hotel and the price was much better.

We stayed here a couple nights over the weekend and really enjoyed our stay. The customer service was amazing and met all our needs. The room and bathroom were very clean and updated. The bed was super comfortable and I slept great. The bathroom was one of the best I’ve seen. And last, we loved the hot breakfast. One day we had fried eggs that were fresh with sausage patties and another we had scrambled eggs and sausage links. They offered home style potatoes each day as well as waffles and biscuits and sausage gravy. This breakfast filled us up for the whole day and we had gone to Dollywood and didn’t need to eat until 6 for dinner. If you want to get a 5 star hotel for an affordable price then stay here.
