Great stay

Came for a long weekend to celebrate my Son’s birthday. Went to Dollywood and few other sites. Very convenient location. Clean and quiet. Our second stay in this building and we like it!

Couple’s Getaway

Three couples spent about five days here and truly enjoyed our stay. There were enough bedrooms all with king beds (a huge plus) and bathrooms for each couple to have their own. The unit is located out of the hustle and bustle of the main drag but was close to every thing. The balcony off the living room overlooks a small river/large creek which unfortunately didn’t have much water due to lack of rain. We loved watching the ducks and geese in the morning and evening. A starter pack of toiletries and kitchen supplies were provided. The beds and furniture were comfortable. I do wish there would have been a little more dishes and glasses. Unfortunately my husband and my bed broke while we were sleeping one morning. Paul from maintenance came to fix it. He did a great job and even made the bed before he left! Even with a few bumps I would definitely stay here again.

Great place

We really enjoyed our stay at Cedar Lodge. We were in Pigeon Forge for a week long baseball tournament. We enjoyed being close to everything but off of the Parkway. We enjoyed to pool daily while trying to stay cool.

Beautiful Condo

Condo has a great location, but secluded enough to enjoy the beauties of nature. Pictures are a great representation of what you find in the condo.

Condo in nice area

Condo was clean, just had a few issues on check in. First door lock is a little hard to understand how it works. Once you learn how to use it we didn’t have any problems with it. The condo is in a great location on a back street right on the little river. The room WiFi didn’t work, there was an issue with the sheets on one of the beds that we had to change them. I did call about the wifi and talked to the property management company but due to it being Sunday no one local could look at it till Monday. Both maintenance and housekeeping did call on Monday to address the issues. Over all our stay was great and we did enjoy the condo.

We loved it!

We stayed for four nights in CL705. It was very clean and spacious. It was my husband, myself my mom and mother-in-law. We had an issue with the gas log fireplace switch and someone came to help us figure that out. It was nicely decorated for Christmas and well stocked. We would definitely stay here again.

Took me 4 calls to the manager and 45 minutes to Get in the condo!!! Smoke detector went off the whole trip never sent anyone to fix it my husband had to fix himself!!!
