Enjoy stunning views and fresh Smoky Mountain air in this charming Pigeon Forge neighborhood. Just 1.5 miles from Dollywood and minutes from the Pigeon Forge Parkway, you’re close to top attractions like The Island, The Old Mill, and popular dinner shows. It’s the perfect base for exploring Gatlinburg, hiking the Great Smoky Mountains, or simply relaxing. 4WD is recommended in snowy months for easy access.

Getting Around:
Getting here is a breeze with well-maintained roads that offer scenic views of the Smoky Mountains, making your drive as enjoyable as your stay. The complex sits atop a steep hill, so while access is smooth year-round, we do recommend a 4WD vehicle during the winter months for added ease.
