Other than a heating issue, we had the perfect stay! Tyler was very helpful and always responded quickly! We will definitely stay there again!

Great location

Enjoyed our stay overall. Pros: 5 min from pigeon forge. Not too hard to drive up the mountain. Very secluded. Plenty of room for the 7 of us. Very nice kitchen. Cons: had a bit of sewer smell outside on porch. Made it hard to sit out there. Could never get main shower water hot, other showers work but very low pressure and very short shower heads.

Great vacation home

The home was perfect for our family. We had a wonderful time together there. The rack wasn’t working property in dishwasher but it was ok. I wish the hot tub was enclosed… we were grilling and a Bear decided he wanted to try and join us for dinner! Ha! It was actually pretty cool seeing that even though it was kinda scary lol… and No we did not feed the Bear! We made noise and he left. We stayed 5 nights and had a blast!! Plenty of room for everyone

Vacation stay

The house was a little bit of an older house. There were a few issues some were taken care of while there. The kitcjen cabinets had rubber bans or string on them to keep them closeeld. The dusting in the house looks to not be done very often. There were bugs in window sills and dust on ceiling fans. The price for cleaning was way more than the cleaning that was done before we came to stay. The fireplaces doesn't work but they said it was being worked on. The communication was pretty good.The place is nice and peaceful other than the issues.
