Room was clean with a great view of the mountains. Room was not cleaned except if you pay an extra charge. Amenities such as full kitchen and washer and dryer were helpful. Did not appreciate the time share pitch. Also this resort is close to a landfill so with the smell I’d never stay here in the summer

This was place was great for my family of 6. I came with my elderly parents, sister, husband and 4 year old child. The 2-bedroom mountain view condo had plenty of space for all of us. At check-in, Brenda the hospitality supervisor was incredibly welcoming and friendly. I loved how well stocked the kitchen was for us to cook meals (pots, pans, knives, baking dishes, measuring cup and spoons, utensils, spatula, whisk, etc). The large master bedroom had ample space and had a nice jetted tub. The living room had great views and there was an electric fireplace. The TV was okay. On the smaller side for the size of the living area and it wasn’t a smart TV so it couldn’t cast. I did call ahead to ask so I knew to bring an HDMI cable with me. There were plenty of pools to choose from. I do wish the indoor pool were heated, but we made do. It’s also well located. There’s a grocery store just 5 minutes driving and the Island is about 10 minutes driving. Leaving town to get to Gatlinburg wasn’t bad either. Overall, we LOVED staying at this resort. Would absolutely return!
