We have stayed multiple times at The Ramsey and it is always a pleasure. There was construction going on which was noisy at times but not an inconvenience. Breakfast was very good as usual. The pool was great. No complaints at all. We had 4 adults and a 15 and a 10 year old. We will be back!

There is an indoor pool but the room it is in has 2 roll up garage doors that were left open the whole time causing the pool/hottub area to be rather cold at night. The overall hotel is a bit dated. Room and facilities were much smaller than expected from pictures. Location is convenient.

Overall, our stay was okay. The hotel was clean and appeared to be undergoing some updates. We had to pick toilet paper at the front desk as our room had none on arrival, and we were woken up early each morning by staff going in and out of doors, the very loud elevator bell or what sounded like a garbage truck every morning. The outdoor fire pit was a nice touch, especially in October. Despite the minor inconveniences, I would stay again for the price.

Such a great stay! The rooms just got updated so they very nice and the bed was really comfortable! The best part of the stay was the 24hr pool and hot tub! Also was neat having the movie night every night at the pool! Breakfast buffet was delicious! Will most definitely be back!

We loved that the pool and hot tub were open 24 hours. And, most of the staff was friendly and helpful. However, the television was continuously stuck on CNN (not a fan). Maintenance reset it once, but it was back on the next morning. Also, it would have been nice if the bar had stayed open later.

The room was very clean; the staff was very friendly and helpful. The only complaint we had was that the internet connection was terrible. Our cell service was fine on the strip but terrible at the hotel.

This is the perfect property for a hotel getaway to Gatlinburg for any age or group type. Everything was clean, location was central with a trolly stop, the breakfast was good quality with variety to choose from, the 24 hour pool and hot tub was amazing and beautiful, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Chevelle was awesome helping my room get setup with a rollaway bed and providing great information for our next stay on my way out! Would stay again!

I was nervous about this hotel due to the low prices but booked based on good reviews. We were blown away by this hotel for the price! We loved the free breakfast and also the pool and hot tub area was so nice, and the pool movies they played were such a good idea. The rooms were very clean and overall just a great experience.
