Very friendly and helpful staff. Love that there was so much sitting by space for breakfast unlike most places you have to wait for a table. The best part was the rooftop. Amazing view of the Island and the beautiful mountains.

First, my address on the sheet from the hotel via email had the wrong address. It had an address in Las Vegas Nevada. The hotels didn’t have a microwave, coffee maker or closet. However, it did have hanging space out in the room. The places to sit stuff was very small and not very well thought of.

Tru was an excellent place to stay for my grandson's baseball tournament at Ripken field. It was a clean place with a great pool and yummy breakfast! I'd definitely stay here again.

The room and stay for 4 nights was great! However, I do find it very odd that there isn't a microwave and there isn't one available to use downstairs in the lobby. One additional thing I found Interesting is the services of cleaning and towels for guests who stay more than 2 nights at this particular hotel are not until late afternoon.
