She just send us to contact Expedia or Vrbo and they play us back and forth so we just decide to stay and not waste our time with them any more. Expedia also should take part of blame bcs they just arrange this thru Vrbo, that way they both just redirect responsibility to other party. My fault was that i take no refund stay, but just bcs original place where we was suppose to stay had some issues...
