"The best location, right in the lower area of Riomaggiore so it’s very easy to access and get around with minimal stairs. Cutest little apartment with everything you would need to cook. There is a bit of a damp smell but only takes 5-10 minutes with the window open to air it out. This location is unbeatable and Riomaggiore is definitely the best town to stay in. "Our room was well appointed and very clean. The AC was excellent after hiking the trails in the heat and climbing the stairs (by choice) there is a quick shuttle if you prefer at the train station. The gardens were a beautiful and peaceful spot. If you’re looking for something away from the hoards of tourists Coniglia is a beautiful respite. We booked last minute so the room that was available was pretty small but it was perfectly well maintained. Lots of tea and coffee and the bathroom while small was well functioning really nice strong shower!!! The host was extremely helpful and pleasant. We had a wonderful stay here."
