Leider lässt der Service zu Wünschen übrig, wir haben bei der Abreise etwas im Zimmer vergessen (klar unser Problem) und haben uns bei den Zuständigen Personen, die auch Ansprechpartner während des Aufenthalts sind gemeldet und es kam keine Antwort. Ich werde einfach ignoriert und stelle mir somit die Frage was passiert wäre wenn während des Aufenthalts etwas nicht ok gewesen wäre (Klima kaputt, Probleme mit der Kaution etc.) anscheinend ist man dann auf...
