"I going to start with the staff especial the persons at the bar Mr, lewis,oscar and jean this guys are great the attention is super. the pools are super clean. the rooms are clean, the food it's good, a/c good wi-fi you don't get signal to the rooms but overall it's nice good atmosphere relaxing."

"This is a gorgeous property but not as all inclusive as you'd think for the price.They try to get you to a timeshare meeting when you arrive but they aren't too pushy. Then, as you go, you find out there are a lot of "yes, buts". For example, we asked a bartender if we could take a bottle of wine back to our room with us and he said yes just call room service. So we did and they said the limit was 2 glasses and it would be a 45 minute wait. The staff were friendly but you had to pay mucho out of pocket to get all-inclusive type service. Will look for another resort next time we go back. Costa Rica is beautiful and has great culture. Not as cheap as say, Mexico, but paradise. "

"Could not get the hot water to turn on The knob was not the current one for the cartridge But since it was so hot it did not really matter Room was very clean This was my second time here I am 50 50 on coming back"

"Long check in process but room was nice and clean. Convenient location for airport. They take shuttle reservations but don’t honour them when boarding and many guests got on shuttles they were not scheduled for. "
