All the staff were kind and seemed to genuinely care about our experience during our stay. The food at the restaurant on site was also excellent. Did not have a bad item on the menu. Overall wonderful stay and experience. Look forward to returning soon.

We had an issue with our room. The staff was wonderful and offered us an upgrade. Breakfast was very good. Dinner and Ronnie were amazing. The food was terrific. This is the second time we have stayed here, we will return.

we loved our stay at Hotel Villa del Sueno hotel is clean, safe, peaceful and very close to the beach. The breakfast is excellent, and occasionally there is night entertainment. Room is simple but clean and fully functional (with AC and table+chairs outside) staff are very helpful, friendly and kind highly recommended

Cute boutique hotel. Friendly staff and good breakfast. My room was a bit dark and outdated. I wanted an omelette for breakfast but I was told that it wasnt included. They should definitely put that on the menu for breakfast. Other than that I enjoyed my stay!

The hotel is located at a 3min walk from Playa Hermosa. The property is really well maintained and has all amenities. We booked the Jr. suite which was clean and kitchen fully stocked with appliances like a full size fridge, toaster, microwave, induction and a coffee maker. They also had cutlery stocked up in the cabinets which made it easier to use. The only hiccup we faced was the WiFi that didn't seem to work when we arrived in our first room but the staff was helpful and changed our room on request. The breakfast was filling and really tasty, as well as the service was really attentive. Thank you for a great stay experience. If you're planning to stay in Costa Rica for a long time, choose this hotel as it'll be easier for you to navigate. Thank you for the staff the check-in and check-out went smoothly.

The staff at hotel Villa del Sueno is what makes the place. We had a couple minor issues, but they were so small that we didn’t even bother to ask for assistance - 1) dirty coffee ring on our nightstand upon check in - cleaned ourself. 2) the shower head had a leak and was spraying out over the edge of the shower onto our sink area - we put a rag over it and it was fine. Breakfast was great and service was good, we ate a lunch and a dinner at the hotel as well, both very good. It was our anniversary and the front desk helped me get flowers delivered for my wife, much appreciated. The pool was very clean and well kept. The grounds were gorgeous. I’d rate our room 3 star but overall experience a 5 star.

Easy beach access, a few minutes to the water. The grounds were well maintained with beautiful, colorful plants everywhere. Staff was friendly. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was fresh, delicious and filling. The pool was refreshing for a nighttime swim under a full moon.

The hotel staff were all very nice. Breakfast was delicious specially the coffee. The grounds were nice, however, the pool was a bit small and the rooms were outdated. Other than that, overall it was a good experience.
