"This is a lovely place with an old-fashioned style, but very up-to-date service by the thoughtful owners. It doesn't have a microwave in every room, but one is available in a general service area along with vending machines. I would like to have had a single straight chair to sit on while working and snacking, but the big lounge chairs are comfortable. It's great to be able to sit ouside in the little open, yet private porch. Milford is an interesting and very busy town and I liked being a little outside of that."

"Very clean and well maintained motel. As others noted it is behind the Chinese restaurant. Property is well kept with beautiful flowers around. Room was clean with new bead spreads and a good AC. Exactly what we needed for an overnight stay. Will stay again as we’re passing through!"

"We had a great stay and really enjoyed being right on the water. We spent so much time out on the lake using the kayaks the owners provided, which was definitely one of the highlights of our trip. The hot tub was also spotless and a perfect way to relax after a day on the water. Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay again!"

"Our family of 4 plus our two fur babies spent five nights at this amazing property. It was so cozy, had everything you needed from things to do inside and outside the home. I have two older sons who love mom‘s cooking so I really appreciated how stocked the house was with the cooking essentials for me to throw together meals We really appreciated the screened in porch that overlooked the stream… We had many meals, games, and drinks out there enjoying the sounds of nature. Ryan was very attentive and was a pleasure to deal with. We will definitely be visiting again. Thanks for giving us a place to make some memories before the boys head off to college."
