"When I checked in I was asked how often I wanted room cleaned I said every other day. They never cleaned it. The TV was on its last legs & was very dark. Remote didn’t work unless standing in front of tv. Buttons didn’t work. Sound stayed on after shutting off. I I received a text from them asking about stay. I told them about tv and there not being any sample things like lotion etc and was asked if they could come check the tv I said sure but let them know I wasn’t there. They never came. Asked...
