"Our room was clean, comfortable and convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet considering it was right off I40."

"Very nice stay with the largest room we have ever stayed in the States. The breakfast was good. The only problem was a random issue with the DirectTV feed that 1/2 the channels did not come in. We just watched the free pay per view movies so it wasn't a problem for us but reported it to the front desk and got some money refunded anyway."

"As an inn/motel, I suppose I shouldn't have expected a phenomenal experience, but I was still left wanting. It was a variety of little things that made the stay less than good. For starters, the floor was not well cleaned. As a hard floor, it was horribly disconcerting to feel the grime under my feet and then get out of the shower only to end up with black soles from the funk. The lock on my door was also broken - from a forced entry, either by police or an invasion. In either case, I felt less safe than I could have. Lastly, the curtain on the window was missing one of the two leaves... So it was not fully covered. This let in lots of light and also left me feeling exposed when dark outside because there was no real privacy. Over all... Skip if you can swing it to go elsewhere."

"The staff are wonderful. The elevator & hallways could be kept cleaner. The breakfast was hot, lots of variety & the breakfast area was clean. Daily housekeeping has to be requested. The room was clean, but the hotel shows some age. I do not think it was a $200 a night hotel, but I had to stay there due to a family event so that’s what I had to pay. "
