"We have just had the most amazing 4 days at this beautiful villa. It was absolutely spotless, the facilities were first class and the views from the garden were stunning! Lake Garda is just beautiful and this property is perfectly located to access all towns around the lake. We drove 30 minutes to limone sul Garda which is stunning and from there took a boat across the lake to Malcesine which was just 9 euros! We will definitely return and wouldn’t hesitate to book villa Belvedere again."

"Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus liegt in Nähe eines kleinen Bergdorfes mit wenigen, aber sehr netten Einwohnern. Vom Haus aus hat man einen fantastischen Blick auf den Gardasee. Das ruhig gelegene Haus entsprach voll unseren Erwartungen. Die Eigentümerin hat sehr schnell auf Nachfragen geantwortet. Man sollte den Hinweis der Eigentümerin auf den steilen Weg zum Haus beachten. Insgesamt 5 Sterne von 5."

"This spacious villa was perfect for our extended family group of 8. The antique furnishings were as pictured, and comfortable. Our liaison, Jeanne, was a sweetheart and so helpful during our stay. "Renate was a fabulous host. She was very warm and accommodating, even helping us with recommendations on the fly! The villa is exactly as pictured, and it did not disappoint. The views are breathtaking, and showed us a whole different side of Italy. The kids loved the heated pool overlooking the lake! We hope to make it back here one day, and I know where we will stay!"

"The garden, grounds and pool area of this villa are wonderful, and where we spent most of our time. Lovely views, secluded and quiet. The inside of the villa has everything you require, and the view from the master bedroom is quite spectacular. The owner was very helpful when we became stranded to a vehicle issue, despite being on holiday at the time himself. "We had a great time and for myself, who will be 88 years old next week, a great exercise in stair climbing and swimming. It was a great reunion with the kids and everybody had a great time. The main house might need some modernization, the kitchen and the upstairs bathroom especially. Also the cleaning fee was a little on the high side, but alas! By the way Samantha was great and we really enjoyed meeting her."

Amazing hotel in ideal position!
"Lovely hotel in an ideal position to enjoy Riva del Garda, just a short walk to lakeside and not too far to walk into town centre with many lovely restaurants and bars. Staff are very friendly and helpful and the breakfast is just out of this world and set us up for the day! Room was bright and spacious (we had comfort room), lovely and quiet and the bed was so comfortable. One small gripe, shower cubicle was a bit small although actual shower was great. Room was cleaned thoroughly every day. Loved the fact that parking was free, and plenty of spaces. We both enjoyed our stay at Parc Flora and would definitely stay again if we are in the area."
