"Hubby didn't like how the shower in the master bedroom didn't heat quickly as it should. Hot tub is more like a warm tub, but a GREAT hottub. 2 Bucket seat style areas and 1 that gets your hips real good with the pressure. Really good tub! Heat not super hot tho. The house was almost 90 degrees when we checked in. Itd be nice if it was programmed to be cool if the owner has control over that. BUT that is a big ask lol! I loved the place. "First this place is convenient for being right downtown Sac. There is adequate parking. The bbq was not user friendly. The neighborhood is quiet at night. However, my sister did have to go spend about 150 on cleaning supplies as the floors and countertops (which are wrapped in a plastic wrap with a design) were dirty. The floor in one shower the paint was peeling back. There is no washer as stated..it is a coin op down the street which had no working washing machines and no soap to wash if...
