Clean, secure, rental ! comfortable beds, 15 miles from wedding venue. Host was always quick to respond. Would be great to have a light of some kind near gate for entry at night. Otherwise perfect!

Texas Ranch Lake Getaway

We stayed at this property over Memorial Day weekend. Jay, the property owner, was friendly and responsive—he even allowed us to check in a little early, which we really appreciated.There were a couple of hiccups during our stay. We were informed upon arrival that the cleaning service had an emergency and couldn’t finish, which affected a couple supplies. We also experienced some issues with the thermostat resetting which the owner will hopefully resolve.That said, the property itself worked out well for our needs. It had plenty of space for boat parking, which was a huge plus for our lake trip. Jay’s excellent communication made a big difference, and with a few small improvements, this would be an ideal lake getaway spot.

Great place for family

We used the property to be close to a wedding venue for a weekend and we loved every moment. A few recommendations would be to remove the horse poop from around the front of the house to cut back on the amount of flys in the house, add a few cookie sheet pans and then double check the washer as it only put out hot water. All in all the place was amazing and we truly enjoyed it! If we ever need to stay in that area again i would not hesitate to book again!

Very poorly maintained property

First night was horrible. Arrived at check-in. Property was 84 degrees in the house. Turned AC down. Had to leave because it was too hot to stay in. Came back later in evening. Thermostat auto adjusted back to 85. And property was still 80 degrees inside.

Perfect for The Springs Event Venue or Just a Great Texas Vacay!! Loved it!

We struck gold when we rented this welcoming Pilot Point, TX home for a weekend wedding. The location couldn't have been more perfect—just a quick drive, less than 10 minutes, to The Springs Event Venue in Valley View. Convenience at its finest! This is a true Texas ranch home…it’s spacious, open & nestled on several relaxing fenced acres making it a fun retreat for dogs too! Our Australian Shepherd had the time of his life! I loved everything about this home…spotless, massive kitchen, huge bedrooms, 65” TV’s in every room and it is fully equipped with everything you could possibly want or need. And the host, Jay…you can not get any better than him! He’s truly a great person. He made our stay extraordinary! Thank you, Jay! We will be back without a doubt…one more wedding at The Springs, then it will be all about fun, fishing and enjoying the great Texas sunsets! Rent this…you will love Jay and have a great time on this beautiful property. Worth every penny and more!
