"A hotel that we would highly recommend! Very clean with attentive staff; we were in the pool late in the evening and staff were frequently restocking towels and cleaning out wet ones. Breakfast staff were friendly and acting more like waiters ensuring guests had all they needed while maintaining clean tables. The spacious suite was everything we needed for traveling as a family - two separate rooms, a kitchenette and living area with a spacious entry way. The bathroom was stocked with plenty towels; the coffee bar had enough coffee and condiments. The kitchenette had a microwave and fridge (unfortunately no freezer) as well as a sink. The only drawback was that even though the kitchen cabinets were spacious, it was not stocked with any kitchen supplies. We had paper plates and plastic utensils, without one’s own dish soap and towels it’s more challenging to wash baby bottles or toddler cups. The hotel is one block from the IMAX theater and Canyon shuttle and within a block of several fast food chains and restaurants."

"Best place to experience the Grand Canyon… on the rim overlooking Bright Angel Trail, Kolb Studio and of course the Canyon!! Walking distance to restaurants, stores, ice cream and the Rim Trail. Right next door to the Hermit Bus pickup. We go annually to the Canyon and always always stay in a Bright Angel Cabin….so quaint!"
