The room was very comfortable and clean. Quiet too. Lovely location.

Lovely Victorian/Edwardian hotel. We had a very spacious sunlight filled room on the third floor (no lift). Shower open ended without door or curtain 😕 and water ended up all over the bathroom… Breakfast was full English cooked to order with array of fruits and cold options. Would stay again.

The wellend room was very clean and spacious. Very happy with the overall experience.

Great communication, we arrived very late but had simple access. Nice and clean and good size accomadation.

Friendly bar staff. Food was good. Chef’s night off and they still made dinner, although they did make us feel a bit guilty for having a friend join us who lived in Bourne. Quiz night, so good fun. Room was clean but bathroom was up some steps which was a bit tricky in the middle of the night. Rooms were quiet. Had a good sleep.

We loved this place, so much so, we will be back for a week in June. Cozy, loads of charm and wonderful staff!!

Wonderful staff! Friendly and extremely helpful. The food at dinner was wonderful. I would encourage those staying here to eat here as well. The breakfast was extraordinary. Very nice stay. This was my daughters favorite stay the whole trip! And air conditioning!!!!

Clean and luxurious room. Every member of staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast included with the room rate was exceptional and generous.

Clean, very polite staff, coffee facilities in the room, it's own parking. Very pleased with our stay. Advisable to have your own transport, since hotel is 3 miles from the nearest town.

Lovely property part of a lovely pub and restaurant. Breakfast was amazing, hot and tasty. Lots of choice for breakfast.

For a budget stay, I couldn't fault it. Room was good size and comfortable with tea facilities. Had dinner in restaurant which was of very good standard, breakfast a great selection and friendly staff, also was a quiet stay. A better stay than some hotels at double the price.

Food was great at the restaurants. Both dinner & Breakfast. Exceeded expectations!
