"The hotel is expensive but sure is worth the stay. It’s conveniently attached right to the hotel. Easy to get to, just follow the signs. The room was nice a clean, had everything you could need. We had dinner at the restaurant just by the reception area and it was great! Overpriced but great food and great service. The staff were amazing and very helpful. We didn’t get to check out the amenities but overall great stay. Would definitely stay here again for another overnight layover."

"My bathtub didn’t have a plug, after a long drive/bath i just wanted to have a bubble bath and couldn’t. went to front desk very kind guy working but wasn’t able to support. Restaurant had a horrible waitress!!! Rude and slow! Also wearing joggers???? Rude to our children all ordering meals, yes they had questions but girl you work in customer service!!! Our food literally looked microwaved. When asked why they weren’t even given water she complained about all the tables. There were three lol. Asked for oil for a pizza didn’t remember until pizza was half eaten. I ordered pasta first before the rest of my table had even arrived and I was served last. When we tried to link what parent had what kid she looked or rated and confused. Did I mention she also took the drinks menu away before any adult could order…lol. Would never ever ever recommend to anyone to eat there!!!! The whole experience was a joke. McDonald’s would have been better and for half the price!"

"The staff was outstanding but I can't see myself staying here again. The hotel is designed in a bizarre manner - it's incredibly long with check-in/breakfast at one end - you end up walking an incredible length to get to/from your room. I checked - it was about half a kilometer to walk from our room to the dining area and back. Our room was clean and such, but we didn't have any glasses when we arrived (I walked to the dining area to get some) - and I couldn't control the temperature - at least I couldn't figure out how to control the temp. "

"Certainly not a hotel for business travelers. If you expect to have a desk and a reasonable chair to get some work done, you will be disappointed. Instead, you would get some fancy dimmable lights, and you can choose to switch your lighting ambiance from red to blue and whatever is in between."
