Secure overnight parking on Gaspe St. about five blocks away, $30 for the weekend, but also three free spots right there on Esplanade if you're lucky. Nice light, windows on two sides, security was fine though one of the outside doors to the 2nd floor was always left unlocked by somebody after we locked it. "House was lovely, with a super easy check in and in a great part of town! A grocery store and gas station where both right there, only downsides where the water pressure and on out last night the people above us where moving furniture or something between 1 and 2 am "

"Great little apartment—quiet, well appointed, in the heart of Petite Italie. My sole complaint concerns communication with the (remote) manager over issues such as parking and early check-in. This is all done by email, which is very inefficient because the remote contact does not reply to queries on a timely basis (or at all)."

Only a few negatives;- no where to hang clothes- generally not much storage space for clothes- windows didn’t...
