"It’s a nice, comfortable, clean hotel with basic necessities. It also serves a nice buffet breakfast and there is coffee and tea available all day. Also, the breakfast area becomes a pub/bar in the evenings. Our room was specious and nicely but simply decorated. The location of the hotel is very convenient too. "

"We booked this place based on proximity to Place Bell and we were very pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness, upkeep and staff interactions. It is very reasonably priced and has everything you need in the room. Laval is definitely not the touristy side of Montreal, so we were a little surprised by the location (lack of amenities), but that really has nothing to do with the motel. We would book here again and recommend it to our friends."
