"We really enjoyed our weekend here. Quiet and secluded, but still very close to Grand Marais. A path just outside accesses a whole network of trails, we hiked to Pincushion Mountain. And the SHT connects here as well if you want to go further. The furnishings are simple in a very nice way; a folding table with two folding chairs, an electric kettle and a mini fridge are great for morning coffee or simple meals. The only thing we would have changed would be trading the two twin beds for a single 2-person bed, but that's preference. Great place, will stay again."

The location by the river is ideal, and it’s so nice to sit on the deck and listen to the water. The cabin is clean and comfortable, and the hosts are responsive. We will be back! "
