"Arrived in the first week in May. The season was barely starting and many businesses were closed or operating at reduced hours. Still it is beautiful and if quiet is what your after. What could be better than a private beach. Loved watching the sun rise over the water. Short walks to the bakery for morning coffee and breakfast at the diner next door. More shops would be open in late May but more people as well. This place suited me quite well. I recommend it."

"We love this cabin and have stayed here twice. You can't beat the location (right behind Voyager Brewing and close to shops, restaurants, and the harbor). There is a lovely eating nook surrounded by windows that is perfect for dining and our favorite pastime - puzzles Check-in and check-out could not be easier and the host is easy to communicate with."

"I was a bit nervous about staying here after reading some other reviews. But when we got there, the lady at the front desk was super welcoming and friendly. Then we went to our room, number 106. I was really surprised at how clean it was, and it smelled so fresh. The room is a bit old-fashioned, but it was really cozy, and everything worked perfectly. The bed was soft and comfy. The TV was a Roku smart TV, so there were tons of things to watch. The fridge worked great too. The room was super quiet, we didn't hear a soul. We could park our car right outside our door. We even went over to the sister hotel to swim and use the spa. They were also really friendly and helpful. We'd definitely stay here again."

"Sweet little cabin just a short walk from North House folk school. Has everything you need except the kitchen is too small for an oven. In cooler months, the fan on the little propane heater is a bit loud, but you quickly get used to the “white noise” in the background. We would stay there again!"
