"Very old fashioned “motel”, with drive up to individual units
The place is obviously quite old, built in the 50s or 60s, but clean and will maintained for what it is.
But the place really reflects his age, with very limited amenities, no RestaurAnt or food,old outdoor unheated pool,no exercise room or really even lobby.
Units are clean, but quite basic. Our room was cold, and the wall thermostat didn’t really produce any heat, so we asked for and received an extra blanket!
Single amenity was a coffee maker— one for the whole place, located across from the registration desk! Not in the rooms."
