"New staff from last year. We recognized only two - front desk and massuse (sp?). Food was excellent, but very slow. 90 minute wait for lunch special. Two hours at one dinner and still waiting for main course. Sailboat broken and paddle boards broken by bartenders who should not have been using. Our room had a broken door. "This property was advertised as all inclusive, but it is not. I was very disappointed when every single meal, snack, bottle of water, etc was an extra charge. The resort will only provide a $16 credit towards daily breakfast but almost every option on their menu exceeds the $16 credit, unless you only want toast and fruit. The menu at all of the restaurants were overpriced, their food was decent, service was good at all restaurants, but every meal added to the expense for this stay. The resort was very clean, rooms were large, and staff was friendly. Location was very convenient to the airport and local activities, and the beach at this property was nice!"
