"This was our second stay with you, we like being upstairs on back, live sitting on balcony playinv games having cocktails before venturing out for dinner, so nice to be walking distance to restaurants & bars!! Always a fun time! Ths Garden is beautiful & well maintained!!"

"Everything was perfect. From check in to check out! There are four pools and each has its own charm and menu! We spent time at all but the spa. The new Conchilla pool had a great mellow vibe and menu. The room was really nice. We had a king lake view. Great location. The bathroom definitely could use a remodel but it was fine. The bed was firm and comfy nice soft sheets. Dog friendly but bring your own bowls because they are not provided. Lots of activities for the kids but definitely is geared towards >10. My 14 yo son had fun but the activities were too young for him. He loved the water slides and we hung in the lazy river forever! Enjoy!"

"I’ve been going to the V when they were owned by Sonder. Now that they are not, there are some changes. Although Everything is still the same. The quality of the service room and cleanliness was great. The only thing I was surprised by was the deposit fee of $100 per night from what they told me. I understand that it’ll be refundable after but I wasn’t informed about that when I booked a room on this app. Just wish it was disclosed. Other than that, this hotel is great. Had a good stay."
